Membership Dues Edit page

Annual membership dues are $634 as of January 2026. Dues invoices are mailed in early December and payments are due by January 31st. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact Stellar Property Management at 520-561-8497 to confirm your current mailing address. Members are responsible for making sure that Stellar Property Management has your current mailing address and contact information.

LATE PENALTIES: Accounts that are not paid in full by January 31, 2026 will be subject to a 10% late fee ($63.40) plus interest per the CC&Rs.

Dues payments must be postmarked by January 31 to avoid late penalties.

To pay your dues online, click the pay assessments online tab on the main page of the website.  You will need the management company ID of 1161, association ID of TFR,  and your account number (it begins with “TFR” followed by 5 numbers and can be found on your statement) in order to make your payment online. A convenience fee may be charged.
