Architectural Design Review
Please review the Policies & Procedures Manual before you plan your new home at Tubac Foothills Ranch. You can find the guidelines for building in Sections VIII. Property Usage Guidelines, IX. Architectural Guidelines and X. Architectural Review Procedures of the Policies & Procedures Manual (click below to download).
These Guidelines are in addition to the "Use Restrictions" stated in Article I, Sections 1-15 of the Association's CC&Rs, which you are also advised to review.
Plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before the start of any construction or any disturbance of the lot landscape.
Please download the "Design Review Application" and submit the completed, signed form with two sets of plans, and the review fee.
